Ultrasonic Sealing: Employs an ultrasonic heater for the side sealing process, making it suitable for both single and double PE coated paper and ensuring leak-proof cups. Five Bottom Heater System: Features five heating units for the bottom sealing stage, which ensures better adhesion and prevents leakage issues. Sensor System: Equipped with sensors for failure detection, such as a paper anti-reverse device and a photocell eye-mark sensor for accurate print alignment, automatically stopping the machine if an issue occurs to prevent material waste or damage.
